I would love to be able to define Dex updates as a Trigger, or be able to trigger Dex Updates through an API connection to one of the large spots.

Be able to see in a calendar or future view to see what Keep In Touch notifications are coming up. Like a week in advance view would be helpful or a week/month at a glance planner etc

Be able to move contacts across certain stages.

Ability to export to Evernote note as text, including contact timeline entries and contact details. Ability to archive a date range of timeline entries to Evernote note. Reason: after a year or more, the timeline entries will be rather long, but still an important part of my personal timeline. As another option, rather than Evernote, maybe to a Google Doc.

Support iCloud email like the current way we support gmail email

This is just the web page in a wrapper. No platform affordances (No Command-F for find and so on). Feels foreign and bad, compared to a real app. It should integrate with the system contacts/calendaring APIs, as well as Messages.

I have a lot of email addresses that get automatically added to my contacts from things like email threads or calendar invites. A significant number of times these emails are for people who are already in my contact list, I just don’t have their email address associated with their profile. It would be great if the system was a bit smarter about seeing, for example, first name.last name@ or a first initial.lastnam@ email address and suggesting if it’s possibly a match for one of the closest matching contact names. It’s challenging to having to manually try to identify every time I can find an instance of one of these emails and then go find the existing contact to merge to instead. (there seems to be no easy way to do a search for contacts that I only have an email address for and no other data points… Even trying to ask the AI copilot to list them all for me seems to fail)
