Users should be able to quickly update the 'Last interaction' date to reset the keep-in-touch reminder.

Maybe there need to be a more generic text than "We met"..
"Got in touch" "Kept in touch" "reached out"?
Its hard to find a word that just says you interacted without specifying how....
