I'd like to see the ability to sort the list in order of next keep-in-touch-by date. In other words at the top of the list are the folks that are next to reach out to or the overdue folks. Even in the keep in touch tab...they are out of date order and it drives me bonkers. Not clear how to get them sorted in the right order and "keep in touch by date" isn't a sort field for all the other views.
