Hi CJ, can you clarify this request? Is it referring to adding "toggle-able" sections to notes that can be opened and closed? Or is it about being able to collapse the overall Notes section so that the rest of a contact page is easier to browse?

Matthew Silberman It's the latter. We can mark this as done since a 'Show more' button has been added for long notes.
